Adhering to the "customer first, quality first" principle, we make the following terms and conditions:
1. The quality level and any other product information should be exact and precise. We have obligation to inform our customers that the inquired products are genuine parts or replacement parts . And then the corresponding quality level products will be provided.
2. If a wrong item was delivered due to our own mistake, we accept the exchange or refund unconditionally, and bear the associated logistics costs.
3. If the cargo was damaged due to the fault of logistics company, we would contact the logistics company immediately and carry out a claim. The follow up feedback and recommendation would be provided in the shortest time. (Customer-specific logistics company is not in this case range)
4. If the wrong item was delivered due to customers' wrong information, we do not accept exchange or refund .
5. special terms for Genuine Parts & Replacement Parts
(1) For Genuine Parts:
If there were quality problems, customers need to inform us in 3 days and provide the Mass Appraisal Report made by genuine parts manufacturer.
(2) For Replacement Parts:
We always offer two-month warranty after shipment (some special products have different deadlines) excepting that the wrong delivery or damaged goods are caused by a third party or the customers themselves. Professional after-sales service and technical support will be followed afterwards.
