3, For Replacement Parts, We always offer two-month warranty after shipment (some individual products have different deadlines), and provide after-sales service and technical support. Specifically is as follows:
1), Due to our mistake causing the wrong goods, we accept the replacement unconditionally, or return and refund the purchase price and bear the associated logistics costs;
2), Due to the logistics company cause the cargo damaged, we will contact the logistics company firstly for the compensation. (Customer-specific logistic company is not in this case range)
3), Due to customers' wrong information cause the wrong goods, we do not accept returns or exchange.
